Our mission is to provide quality, affordable counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families and groups, while offering a training program for mental health professionals of depth and value. Our goal is to enable adults, children, and families to live life, rather than just survive. At Counseling West, our passion is to serve all economic levels in our community. Believing that individuals can heal themselves, we train our therapists in a spirit committed to the nurturing of each client’s personal growth.

The center provides excellent mental health counseling for individuals, couples, families and children on a sliding scale fee structure. The center also serves as a training ground for interns who are working toward licensure in Marriage & Family Therapy and for Pre-doctoral candidates. Services are provided by our carefully selected interns who are completing requirements for their Ph.D. or M.F.T credentials as they are closely supervised by licensed staff professionals.

A simple phone call will get you to see a counselor for the first intake session.  A thorough intake interview will take place during the first session with your counselor. All services are provided on an outpatient basis.  We are committed to providing the maximum level of care at affordable cost on a short-term or long-term basis.
